What is a pre-application?
A pre-application is when a consumer fills out a credit card application expressing 100% indication of an interest in applying for the Celebrity Cobranded Credit Card of their choice, and when the bank card offer is ready and available, they agree to let the bank process the application and provide a response at that time. We will obtain similar information as you would normally provide when applying for a credit card offer, but the application will be stored and not processed at this time. Once we meet our goal in application interest, we will move forward with the process of finalizing the agreements with the bank(s) and move towards launching the Celebrity Credit Card Cobrand program. The applicant will be notified once the offer and application is ready to be process, they will review the terms and conditions of the offer and they will resubmit their application to be processed and will receive notice from the bank as to the application status.
